The beautiful Jeanne marries a man named Jean, and the happy newlyweds make their way to the Lord’s castle with a cow’s worth of money for his blessings. However, the demonic Lord is unmoved by their offering, ignoring their desperate, impoverished pleas. Encoded from the BD with subtitles by RH. Single Audio: Japanese (mono DTS-HD Master Audio). The last of three Animerama films conceived by Osamu Tezuka. However, Tezuka had left Mushi Production early into pre-production and had little involvement with the film beyond its conception. In 2016, the movie received a 4k remaster but as of yet has only been released as this 1080p blu-ray.
